Alum Jeffrey Hom (Penn CSP 14-16, VA Scholar) accepted a position as a Health Policy Analyst at the City of Philadelphia Department of Health, where his current focus is providing guidance to the Health Commissioner on programs and policies around access to substance abuse treatment and overdose protection.
